EXCEPTIONAL BARIATRIC CARE

Top Bariatric Surgery Center in México

Our expert team specializes in a range of procedures, from gastric sleeve to gastric bypass, recognized for delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.

We’re internationally recognized for excellence in bariatric surgery, changing lives with expertise and care. Our surgical team has earned numerous accolades for their commitment to quality, patient safety, and innovative approaches to weight loss surgery.

Gastric Sleeve Surgery

This procedure involves removing approximately 80% of the stomach, leaving a tube-shaped stomach about the size of a banana. The smaller stomach limits the amount of food you can eat and helps you feel full sooner.

Revision Bariatric Surgery

Tailored for patients who previously underwent bariatric surgery but did not achieve or maintain desired results. This procedure can modify or convert the original surgery, aiming to enhance effectiveness, address complications, and improve long-term weight management outcomes.

Gastric Bypass Surgery

Gastric bypass surgery creates a small pouch at the top of the stomach. The small intestine is then cut a short distance below the main stomach and connected to the new pouch. Food enters this small pouch and then directly into the small intestine, bypassing most of your stomach.

Intragastric Balloon

This less invasive procedure involves placing a balloon inside the stomach via an endoscopic capsule attached to a thin tube. Once in place, the balloon is filled with saline to partially fill the stomach, aiding in weight loss by helping you feel fuller faster.

Dr. Liza María Pompa González

Dr. Pompa is credited for being the first female bariatric surgeon in the world to be designated as a Surgeon of Excellence by the U.S. organization Surgical Review Corporation and now holds the advanced title of Master Bariatric Surgeon, offered by the same organization.

Would recommend LIMARP, Dr.Pompa and her team 100 times over ! The care here is phenomenal, and there's no hotel time, they make sure you are completely supported from when you get here to when they bring you to the airport. You're never alone, and that was the most important thing to me. Having someone to do my meds, assist me with getting ready, teaching me how to do my wound care, and the year long follow-up is exactly what I need to succeed!

From the phone call to the visit to the surgery, everything was superb! Dr. Pompa and her staff are very professional and really care about you. The facility is super clean and better than any US hospital I have ever gone to. Do not hesitate to come here for your procedure. I have recommended this hospital to many of my friends. I will come here over and over again, and will always recommend them to everyone I come in contact with.
